5. Refund Policy
Digital Ticket Purchases:
All purchases of digital tickets through Tikit.live (via Awen LLC, the website and servicer) are final and non-refundable except under specific circumstances. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate such situations within reason. Therefore, refunds for digital ticket purchases are available under the following conditions:
- Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, purchasers may be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price.
Major Changes to Event: If there is a significant change to the event’s date, time, or main performers that prevents you from attending, you may be eligible for a refund. - Technical Issues: If you are unable to access the event due to technical problems on our end, after having followed all recommended troubleshooting steps, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
Requesting a Refund:
To request a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of the event’s original scheduled start time. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request. All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and decisions will be made at our discretion.
No Refunds:
Except as outlined above, all purchases are non-refundable. This policy is in place to ensure the viability and integrity of the events we host. Please consider your purchase carefully.
Modifications:
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time by posting the updated policy on our website. Your continued use of the website and purchase of digital tickets following any such change constitutes your agreement to be bound by the modified refund policy.

11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA.
12. Email and Marketing Communications
By purchasing a ticket, or by following an organizer, on Tikit.live, you consent to receive email from Tikit.live about that organizer’s future events, along with updates and occasional promotional offers. Tikit.live (operated by Awen LLC) sends these messages as the sender, on the organizer’s behalf. When you buy a ticket or RSVP, the organizer of that event also receives your name, email address, phone number (if you provided one), and order details, as described in our Privacy Policy, and may contact you directly about the event and, where the law allows, about their future events.
Every marketing email identifies us, includes our postal mailing address, and offers a one-click way to stop following that specific organizer or to unsubscribe from all Tikit.live marketing. You can also manage these preferences at any time in your account. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages about tickets you have purchased, such as receipts, reminders, or cancellation notices.
13. Organizer Terms
These terms apply to anyone who creates or manages an event or organization on Tikit.live (“Organizer”).
13.1 Attendee data. You receive the name, email address, phone number (if provided), and order details of the people who get tickets to your events, plus reports about your events. You may use this information to run your events and to market your own future events as the law allows. The same information is also Tikit.live’s customer information: we may use it as our Privacy Policy describes, including to email your buyers and followers about your events and about Tikit.live. You may not sell, rent, or trade it, or give it to anyone else for their marketing. You are responsible for keeping it secure and for handling it under the privacy laws that apply to you.
13.2 Imported contacts. If you upload or enter email addresses to send invitations, you promise that:
- (a) each person has given you permission to contact them, or has an existing relationship with you that lets you contact them under the laws that apply;
- (b) you did not buy, rent, scrape, or harvest the addresses;
- (c) your invitations are truthful and not misleading, including the subject line and sender name; and
- (d) you will honor opt-out requests, including those recorded by Tikit.live.
For imported contacts, Tikit.live acts as your service provider. You are the sender responsible for the decision to contact each person and for complying with anti-spam and privacy laws, including CAN-SPAM. Tikit.live will add an unsubscribe link to every invitation, keep a list of people who have opted out, and not deliver invitations to anyone on that list. That list overrides any upload.
13.3 Our controls. We may limit how many invitations you send, remove addresses that bounce or complain, pause invitations, or suspend your account if we believe you are breaking these terms or harming email delivery for other organizers.
13.4 Indemnity. You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Awen LLC and its members, employees, and contractors from any claims, fines, penalties, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that arise from your use of attendee data, the contacts you import, the invitations or messages you send, or your breach of these terms.
