tikit is ticketing for live shows. Venues, artists and promoters use it to put a show on sale, split the money with everyone who made it happen, and keep in touch with the people who came. It’s built and run in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

What tikit does

• Event pages and ticket sales. General admission, VIP and early-bird tickets, each with its own price, cap and on-sale window. Fans buy as a guest with a card; no account needed.
• One flat fee. 5% + $2 per paid ticket, card processing included. Free events are free, and there are no monthly or setup fees. The organizer chooses whether the buyer pays the fee or they cover it.
• Splits built in. Add the band, the venue or a promoter as co-hosts and set the split: even, custom percentages, or a guarantee off the top. Each person sees and is paid their own share.
• Payouts with statements. Organizers are paid by bank transfer after the show, with a statement showing exactly what sold.
• Your own page, fans and promo kit. Every organizer gets a public page with a Follow button, a dashboard with sales and guest lists, and ready-made share images and tracked links.

Who’s behind it

tikit was started by Ian McCullough, a Milwaukee musician (Cullah) who wanted ticketing that worked the way shows actually run. It’s operated by Awen LLC. Most shows on tikit happen in Milwaukee, at rooms like bar centro in Riverwest.
