Thanks for the Accident is a Milwaukee-based jazz-funk band consisting of Preston Carr on vocals and drums, Sam Patterson on keys, Liam Phillips on bass, and Tommy Zaliewski on guitar. They’ve developed a set featuring jazz-funkified hits and deep cuts from the catalog of legendary singer-songwriter Leonard Cohen, revitalizing these monumental songs with a contemporary, eclectic jazz-funk sound and a soulful manner inspired by the likes of Bobby Womack, Steely Dan, and KNOWER.
